The unit we got was neat with a comfy bed and the bar.

Location close enough to everything, talking & music up until 11pm, areas around the bottom where the shower cage met the tray, and the town centre. Also, in the pub on the evening. Marvellous location, tidy and absolutely perfect rooms with a comfy bed, coffee making facilities, for example.

Fantastic friendly and active staff as one would expect.

central haven for walks and local dining spots

I loved my stay here as it was perfectly situated only a few steps from Wetherby Ings, a lovely park for walks, and just a short stroll to local eateries like the Bengal Brasserie and Sant Angelo, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was well-presented and cozy but the amenities left something to be desired. Arriving late, we found the kitchen closed and limited help in finding dining options. The staff should enhance communication on service hours. Consider preparing meals beforehand if you arrive later in the evening.

Swan & Talbot has a fab location with great parking, and while breakfast isn't on the menu, Morrisons just a hop, skip away does a cracking brekkie to start your day. Plus, the charming history of the pub adds a nice touch to your stay.

The double room had comfy beds and a private bathroom with quality toiletries. I appreciated the electric kettle for tea, tv, and ample towels. It was nice to have a wardrobe and free toiletries. The spa facilities included sun umbrellas for a relaxing vibe. Very clean and cozy overall.

excellent service but small room

The kindness of a staff member who stayed late for us was really good. The communication prior to our arrival was clear and reassuring, made a tough journey much easier.

The garden and terrace were perfect for chilling out after a long day. Super friendly vibe and the food was fantastic. Just a short drive from attractions like Royal Hall Theatre too. Definitely recommend!

Only issue was when we left early, the downstairs lights were out. A bit inconvenient but didn't ruin our stay.

In my wife's opinion, the room cleanliness could use improvement. A thorough deep clean would be great for families with children.

Had a great time here! The room was spacious, the bedding was immaculate, and I loved the comfy king-sized bed. Dinner was fantastic with great value for money, a lovely experience overall.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and a good supply of fluffy towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, and a mini fridge would have added to the convenience. The limited supply of UHT milk was a minor downside for tea preparation.
